“Terrible experience at the Radisson Blu. Our room was right next to the elevator, which was extremely loud and made a constant squeaky noise. To make things worse, there was a tornado warning and everyone had to shelter. I asked for just one extra hour to check out because of the delay, but they refused unless I paid an additional fee. Very disappointing service given the circumstances. I would not recommend this hotel.”

“It was an okay property for the price paid. Housekeeping was terrible - cutlery, toiletries and drink cups were not stocked up in the room , room did not get cleaned despite asking for it at the front desk. There was no microwave in the room but at each floor so it was struggle to warm up food and beverages every single time. Breakfast was delicious but it was not a buffet but a 1 meal and drink combo for each person only ( if you had paid for it) . There was a miscommunication on it and the……
