“Rooms were clean but the glass enclosed bathroom is not my favorite for privacy as you can hear everything when in there since there are no solid doors or fans. That is my only complaint.”

“It was an okay property for the price paid. Housekeeping was terrible - cutlery, toiletries and drink cups were not stocked up in the room , room did not get cleaned despite asking for it at the front desk. There was no microwave in the room but at each floor so it was struggle to warm up food and beverages every single time. Breakfast was delicious but it was not a buffet but a 1 meal and drink combo for each person only ( if you had paid for it) . There was a miscommunication on it and the……

“It’s fallen far from what it used to be, jacuzzi is broken the sauna is closed. Kids were hanging on the wall that separates the inside pool from the outside. It needs updating bad”
