Front desk staff very very rude, races, inconsiderate. We had to move four times because the first rooms was not ready. Didn’t have no electricity, the condition Didn’t work, smell like smoke very bad and bathroom flooded, fleas in the room They didn’t apologize or offer any discount or upgrade nothing staff was so rude because we complain about this matters that it was not our fault it was the hotel, we will never stay there again because of the staff in the condition of the hotel .

Move four times 4 different rooms in each room. Had something wrong with the room lights didn’t work smell like smoke, air conditioner didn’t work , window didn’t close bathroom flooded and we waited too long for maintenance to come fix it and we waited for a remote control that never came, called the reception they don’t answer so we have to go down every single time to let them know what’s going on, I didn’t go to sleep till midnight. Can you do something about it or will be moving out tomorrow? Is super late it is and we’re so tired. Every time they move us, they give us a smaller room.
