“Not working A/C, didn’t offer at least an electric fan. No phone to use, broken door knob, balcony has burnt corner. Front desk wasn’t helpful.”

“I don’t recommend this property.
I’ll be writing the owners about our frustrations and pet predicament.. once I get that communication I’ll write a better review.
Was told my dog had to sleep on floor or else I get charged doubled .. then overcharged me for my pet and didn’t offer the refund. Just sickening in disappointment for now. Walked away with a big bill and it was awful.
Sorry for the bad news”

“We liked the appeal of the building, even before we got in.
At check-in, we were greeted by a relaxing atmosphere, clean reception area, and a wonderful woman at the fron desk. She was really nice, and went above and beyond for us.
When we got to our room on the second floor, our children easily exclaimed they "love" our room, the motel is their "favourite," and is so far the best of all the places we stayed at, this month.
Before we rested for the night, my husband was already saying, this……
