“Check in was friendly and efficient. There is lots of parking, and a smaller sized pool. The breakfast was ok, coffee was hot, and there was a variety of basic foods you would find at a hotel breakfast like this, I would pass on the bacon. The room was quiet and comfortable. Located in a shopping plex. Overall good experience.”

“Very clean, comfortable room. The pool, hot tub and exercise room were clean and well maintained. Complimentary breakfast buffet with a variety of hot and cold foods was amazing! At check in was prompt friendly service with all facility information. Very impressed with all staff encountered! We will definitely reserve a room. at the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Red Deer again! ”

“I really appreciated that I could charge my electric car overnight (L1 charger) from the many electrical outlets along the parking area. ”

“Limited towels and not changed during three days. Kitchen breakfast OK. Beds good, pillows hard. Hallways and rooms updated and very clean, room was spacious with two beds and room for cribs if needed. Kitchen area had large fridge, utensils and stove.”

“At breakfast they ran out of peanut butter and that was the only protein. Poor choices of breakfast foods and with only a little attention to detail the breakfast and stay could have been so much better. On a two night stay they did not collect towels, make beds or help in any way. We had to ask for everything and make do.”
