“Do not stay here!!”

“Clean room and surroundings, pet friendly”

“Area was quiet and safe. Bed was comfortable. Staff was not very friendly. It was a bit run down and decor was very out dated. Lots of towels provided, but they were very thin. Price was a bit high for a motel. ”

“Our stay was great, great communication from the host and property was clean. Glad there was a swamp cooler to keep it cold! Definitely recommend for 2 people!”

“Beautiful home on the river, close to the main areas in Gunnison. We loved everything about it! The hosts were great when we had an oven issue come up, very responsive and helpful. Kitchen was well stocked, the rooms and beds were clean and comfortable, and we loved using the new hot tub! Only note would be that we would've loved to have pics of the bathrooms on the listing just to ease any concerns before our arrival. But they were great, so it was no issue! Loved the steam shower! Thank you……

“This is an ADORABLE and private little cabin! Very well kept and comfortable. If you're over 6'4" you will need to duck slightly in the bathroom. All the accommodations you could ask for in a remote cabin. Highly recommend! You will need some clearance for the dirt road in. Normal SUV or pickup is fine. Nothing crazy.”

“We love to stay at the Arrowhead Mountain Lodge every year. Awesome location and property.”

“The room was very spacious . However the bed was a little uncomfortable”

“It's near the town. But I feel they need to clean it better. ”

“This was perfect for what I was looking for. Clean and cute and close to everything. Fresh hot cookies when I arrived. Staff was super friendly and accommodating.”

“Overall, the hotel's environment and facilities and staff are good, but two things make me uneasy. Firstly, the bed is wrinkled, which gives the impression that someone has slept on it before, although the quilt looks new. Secondly, the bottom of the swimming pool appears dirty, making it impossible to determine whether the water is clean or dirty.”
