“Very nice place. Clean and cozy. Loved the historic feel of the home. Only thing I would mention is the living area could use an ottoman or two, or a couple of recliners. But the property had lots of charm and was accommodating. We loved it.”

“This is a GREAT place if you are looking for proximity to town, dining, shopping, etc. It's a quiet neighborhood even with all the tourist traffic. It's also very well kept and seems to be in a safe area. A couple of things I would note for others: if anyone in your party has trouble with walking, the pathway to the main door is a bit cumbersome. It's made of rock/boulders/flagstone and some of them shift under weight. While lighting exists, we noted that it didn't come on until well after……

“Great for a large group. We had 8 adults and 3 kids 3 and under, and there was plenty of space for everyone. The location was great right off of main street in Ouray. The kitchen was well equipped for our large group and the pool table downstairs was fun. ”

“The property is beautiful. Easy walk into downtown Ouray along the river path. The kitchen is very well equipped. The beds and bedrooms are very comfortable. There were plenty of linens and even had towels for the Hot Springs pool. Everything has been remodeled in the bathrooms. We would definitely like to rent this property again.
