“The location just off of the tollway made it easy to get to and leave when I needed. Parking was plentiful. Breakfast was good but selection was a bit modest. Met my needs. Room was clean and very quiet! Bed was comfortable, too.”

“Hotel was under construction, my first room assigned to me smelled reallly bad of animal urine; I told the front desk, no way I can stay in there; so they put me in a suite which had a floor and there was no smell in there so was ok but front desk acted like it was a chore to do.”

“The place is a dump. The ceiling has caved in near the elevator, which feels like it might break at any moment. The a/c in the room was loud. The light switch at the entrance of the room didn't turn anything on. The halls smelled strongly of pot.”

“So let me start by saying we've stayed at this hotel in the past , this year the up keep and cleanliness was horrible, the bathroom was disgusting dirty had prints around the light switches and most disgusting was a dry booger on the walk (nasty people) the room smelled stale , to top it off we got stuck in the elevator with 4 other people and is was HOT and the emergency phone to call the front was a cheap Walmart phone that didn't work!! , I was forced to call my friend who was waiting……

“Great America is across the street and the mall is down the road. Close to the interstate if you want to go to Chicago or Milwaukee. Lots of shops and dining right next to the hotel. Excellent location. We had our dog which isn’t the friendliest dog with other dogs and there were plenty of doors we could access to avoid others. We enjoyed our stay. Rooms were clean and the hotel checked in with us via text during our stay to see if we needed anything. Front desk was friendly.”
