We couldn't have asked for anything more--ideal location, beautifully furnished, fully equipped kitchen and amenities, and all beach and activity gear (beach chairs and umbrellas, boogie boards, bikes. beach blankets). This house had everything! We would stay at Sue's home again the next time we are in Kaui."

"My wife and I spent a wonderful week at this cottage for our honeymoon. We had done our research and reviewed this listing carefully, but walking up to the cottage and opening the door took our breath away. While the cottage is older, it is in exquisite condition, and the owners have gone above and beyond to make it feel like home. The house is very clean, the beds are very comfortable , and the kitchen is fully stocked. We enjoyed eating our meals at the outside table. I would stay here again...

"We've stayed several times at this property and always enjoy ourselves. It really is the most reasonably priced home -- where you get the ENTIRE home to yourself -- north of Hanalei. in my opinion. The downstairs living area is beautiful and functional. Plenty of supplies are available including a little wagon we used to transport our chairs, umbrellas, a picnic lunch and snorkel gear on the most beautiful 20-iminute walk to Tunnels Beach. We spend the entire day at the beach and then head back...

"The house is wonderful and Tunnels Beach, just a few minutes away, is totally incredible! The house is spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. The deck is a great place to hang out between trips to the beach, and the AC cooled us down quickly when we got a little too warm. The house felt very private. We loved the high ceilings in the open main space, too. Everything was clean and comfortable and we really enjoyed the beach toys. Tunnels Beach is easily one of the best beaches we've ever...

"I would give this house a 4.5 if that was an option. The house is in a great location and is quite large with lots of space for a big group. As others have noted, one of the bedrooms is only accessible through other bedrooms and since the upstairs bathrooms are all en suite, the person staying in that room must go into another bedroom to use a bathroom. The house needs updating and some basic maintenance/upkeep. Several of the windows don't work properly, there is worn peeling painters tape on...

"Spacious and beautifully decorated one bedroom house in Princeville. A great place to relax and recharge. Like most places in Kauai this house does not have Air Conditioning, necessitating leaving windows open to cool the inside. Occasional traffic noise could be a problem if you are noise sensitive, but for us it was just a minor annoyance. The place had everything we needed and we would stay here again if we should return to Kauai."

"As i had a bad back, i had a downstairs unit. It was easy for me to move about. Loved the chicken's and birds on the grounds. Got help with me luggage. The pull-out couch in the living room was hard to sleep on. Very lumpy. In the folder you suppled for information You should have the phone # for the front desk on the first psge in the booklet. Hard to find. Had a great stay. Will come back again."
