"Stayed at Sachas Hotel Manchester for two nights and unfortunately the experience was let down badly by the service and overall condition of the hotel. The room itself was acceptable and we paid extra for a window, although it overlooked construction and was quite dirty. There also appeared to be a lot of ongoing maintenance around the hotel, which affected the overall feel of the stay. The biggest issue was the staff. Check-in was uncomfortable, with the staff member more focused on arguing with another guest and audibly complaining under his breath while serving us. It didn’t feel welcoming at all. We asked for basic items (toilet roll and extra pillows) and were told housekeeping had finished for the day and to go buy toilet roll from a nearby shop. That’s not an acceptable response in any hotel. The following day, after asking again, items were left thrown on the bed rather than properly sorted. When we raised this, we were dismissed and told reception was “done” and they were busy due to football the next day. There also appears to be no proper option or structure for room maid service, which adds to the frustration when even basic requests aren’t handled properly. Location is great and the room was fine for a short stay, but the lack of service, poor staff attitude, and ongoing maintenance issues really let it down. Wouldn’t return based on this experience."

"We normally come all the time and it is a lovely place to be and staff are amazing and lovely. But this stay was our worst one yet. There was bugs all over our bed. Stains all over the carpet and the room had a foul smell to it like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. "

"The check in process was excellent - super friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are lovely (if compact) - they are stylish and have everything you need. Robes are a little bobbly though, they could do with replacing as they're looking worn. Breakfast was good - again staff are the shining stars at this hotel. Only slight urgh was the 'discretionary' service charge applied at checkout. We didn't pay it but it is a little cheeky when you've already paid a decent amount for staying here. If that's necessary surely they should pay their staff better in the first place?"

"Lovely hotel in a great location. The full size pool with spa facilities was lovely and the room was very big and clean with a very comfy sofa and all the amenities you would need such as toaster, microwave, oven, fridge and freezer. The Tv is a smart tv and there is plenty of storage and room. The bed is quite hard and wasn’t the most comfy but it was ok. You have to book a time slot for breakfast and even though we had it included on the Sunday, they were out of timeslots by check in time so it wasn’t available this day. Overall it was a great experience and a lovely hotel in an ideal location."

"I stayed here During the weekend and the noise from outside was so much. Couldn’t sleep until 3am. There are loads of bars around so drunk people kept making noise. Good thing is, it’s very clean + Private bathroom, affordable, and close to train station (10mins walk)"
