"The hotel apartment itself was really good. It's just a shame our first room had Aircon problems but they transferred us to another room (lower floor) and upgraded us which was appreciated. Even tho we lost an hour for our dinner due to movement and troubleshooting, it balanced out with their kind gesture. However, our second room was on the lower floor and there was a man who kept on shouting on his phone outside the main square near the hotel until 1am-ish which we could hear in our room. Since we are light sleepers it really annoyed us. We finally had to move to another bedroom in the apartment just to be able to sleep around 2am. I would recommend higher floor for soundproofing but the hotel/apartment itself has everything you need for short or long stays."

"I loved my stay at the Norton Grange from start to finish. Every member of staff was so friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them. My Privilege Room was lovely, spotlessly clean and with pristine bed linen and towels. I loved the little touches like the Nespresso machine, stocked minibar fridge and a really nice selection of teas and coffee with biscuits! There was also a gorgeous bathrobe and slippers. The bathroom was beautiful, again spotlessly clean and with thoughtful high-quality amenities and toiletries along with lovely huge bath towels. I ate dinner in the restaurant and my meal was delicious, freshly cooked and served very quickly, again by absolutely delightful staff. Breakfast was absolutely stunning with the most amazing selection of delicious food including the best locally produced sausages I have ever tasted. After breakfast I used the spa. It was wonderful. I used the thermal pools and the aroma steam room and I loved them. The pools were amazing, especially the one that is open to the outside where you can look out over the grass and trees and watch the squirrels playing. Everything was just lovely and the cherry on the cake was seeing a beautiful deer in the meadow next to the hotel as I went out to my car to set off home. Absolutely wonderful and I can’t wait to visit again in a few weeks. Thank you to everyone who made it such a lovely experience."
