“Washing machine didn't work. Helpline never answered. Sent someone to look at Washing machine but couldn't fix. Cooker had missing buttons. Boiler water mains was turned off and with no help turned this on myself after 24 hrs. Creaky sofa bed, broken blinds and door handles. Didnt smell nice. Bad experience ”

“More a self catering flat than an hotel however We were happy with it. It is in the suburbs of St Helens a distance from the town centre. St Helens Junction train station is about 5 mins walk, and a good little cafe for breakfast less than 2 mins walk. The area was quiet at night and there are a couple of local shops equally close for such things as milk for drinks.We used it as a base to explore the area hence we only used the kettle and the wifi. Would be happy to use again.”

“No.4 Kings Court is lovely 🥰
It’s modern, clean and fresh with lovely welcome gifts 🎁
The shower was amazing and the heating super efficient after a rainy day exploring ☔️
The location of the apartment was great for the local market, a breakfast at Blueberries and exploring the restaurants and independent shops close by ☺️
I wouldn’t hesitate in staying again and it was great to have a car parking space 🚗 ”
