“Absolutely terrible cottages you can't get any more basic. Overlooking a concrete car park even though I paid for Garden view. Refused to stay in them and made them change me to the hotel which was OK.
The site is very shabby and derelict. But hotel is modern.
Nothing to do for children.
Wouldn't stay again.”

“This is one of the best cottages we have ever been to.Situated on a real working farm with dogs, sheep etc. Views across the fields are tremendous and the farm garden is great with outdoor seating.Interior is cosy and clean. Bedrooms are large and bathroom has bath with shower over.There are lots of places to visit a short drive away as well as ample walking routes and quaint pubs.The owners live in the attached farm house and are very welcoming. Lovely welcome pack provided.We will be back for...

“Great location between Clitheroe and great walks. Super pubs within 5 to 10 miles. Cottage roomy, beautifully warm with super wood burning stove. Beds comfy and kitchen well equipped . Owner very welcoming and quick to respond to any issues. Furnishings a bit tired and a stale smell of dogs, especially in the main bedroom.”
