“From the start communication was great with Lianne. She even emailed us to say we could get checked in slightly earlier than planned. House immaculate, all rooms at high standard. Loads of glasses, plates etc for large group, really well stocked. Hot tub was easy to use and at a perfect temperature, towels and plastic cups stocked at back door so easy to take to the tub. “Our family of 5 loved staying at this property in tge beautiful Hebden Bridge. Fabulous, quirky location on the side of a very, very steep cobbled road. We were fortunate to find parking at the bottom of the hill not far from the house. It is a bit of an effort lugging suitcases up the hill but it is so worth it!Not the place for those with mobility issues though.House was lovely and had everything we needed and only a few minutes walk into town.Highly recommend!”

“Small but perfectly formed, just a beautiful cosy little cottage in a gorgeous village, everything you need to enjoy your stay, the kitchen was well provided with utensils, cooker, microwave washer etc, the lounge was cosy with tv & wifi, door to small yard, in summer will be lovely to sit out! Parking a bit tight (our car quite big)but we knew this before we went, so made use of village carpark 2mins walk away,after dropping cases off! Will definitely go again! Loved it!”

“I had a worry that the cottage might be a little small but we had loads of room due to the layout being over three floors. The decor was smart and we had everythign we needed. It was very hot the day we arrived so it was particularly good to have the lounge in the basement. A few little niggles, none of them dealbreakers. “Property was lovely and very clean , large bedrooms all with good en suites, well equipped kitchen. large comfortable lounge dining area with log burning stove.Wood and coal was provided , but you should think to bring your own if you want to use the burner a lot. The cottage was set in a lovely rural setting within easy driving distance of all the Trough of Bowland villages and walks. We had a great time and would like to thank the owners for providing such a great venue”

"I booked a triple room, but all the amenities provided were only for one person — one duvet, one towel, one cup, and one set of toiletries. This is clearly unacceptable for a triple room. I reported this to the reception and explained that it was not an urgent request, and I would be fine if the items could be delivered later in the evening. However, the staff showed a poor attitude, were unwilling to help, and simply replied that they were busy without taking any further action. On top of that, the room was dirty and did not meet basic cleanliness standards. This experience is extremely disappointing and far below expectations."
