"I enjoyed the stay and my granddaughter loved the pool. Beds comfortable although didint have a great sleep due to noise during night . was awful noisy people in the corridors and in neighbouring rooms."

"Great location close to shops and AO arena. In plenty of restaurants as well underneath the hotel. Room size was okay with large bathroom although when having a shower the water runs on to the bathroom floor as there is no door. Kitchen area was good and useful for having cereal in your room. The complementary coffee and croissant was okay shame they don't offer pan au chocolate. Check in was easy and the late check out for £10 good value. Sofa bed a little uncomfortable and okay for a couple of nights for my son who isn't too big. TV is a bit outdated and won't allow you to connect an iPad to stream your own content."

"I loved my stay at the Norton Grange from start to finish. Every member of staff was so friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them. My Privilege Room was lovely, spotlessly clean and with pristine bed linen and towels. I loved the little touches like the Nespresso machine, stocked minibar fridge and a really nice selection of teas and coffee with biscuits! There was also a gorgeous bathrobe and slippers. The bathroom was beautiful, again spotlessly clean and with thoughtful high-quality amenities and toiletries along with lovely huge bath towels. I ate dinner in the restaurant and my meal was delicious, freshly cooked and served very quickly, again by absolutely delightful staff. Breakfast was absolutely stunning with the most amazing selection of delicious food including the best locally produced sausages I have ever tasted. After breakfast I used the spa. It was wonderful. I used the thermal pools and the aroma steam room and I loved them. The pools were amazing, especially the one that is open to the outside where you can look out over the grass and trees and watch the squirrels playing. Everything was just lovely and the cherry on the cake was seeing a beautiful deer in the meadow next to the hotel as I went out to my car to set off home. Absolutely wonderful and I can’t wait to visit again in a few weeks. Thank you to everyone who made it such a lovely experience."

"I can’t think of anything that I didn’t dislike , room was very clean breakfast was fresh and filling. The staff on reception was excellent and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend The Delta and I would stay there again "

"The Skipton needs updating. The shower curtain rail was held together with duct tape and falling off the wall. The bath traps would not turn off without serious effort. "
