“The owner has spared no expense on renovations. The property has been expertly redone by an interior designer using very high end materials. The sound proofing between rooms is amazingly good. View out the front windows of the village square, a short stroll away, which is empty and peaceful during the night and interesting to watch it get increasingly buzzing as the day begins. So nice to walk down to grab a pastry and cappuccino in the morning as a treat. This apartment has everything one needs for a comfortable stay including a unique and private patio. “Our family of 5 loved staying at this property in tge beautiful Hebden Bridge. Fabulous, quirky location on the side of a very, very steep cobbled road. We were fortunate to find parking at the bottom of the hill not far from the house. It is a bit of an effort lugging suitcases up the hill but it is so worth it!Not the place for those with mobility issues though.House was lovely and had everything we needed and only a few minutes walk into town.Highly recommend!”

"I booked a triple room, but all the amenities provided were only for one person — one duvet, one towel, one cup, and one set of toiletries. This is clearly unacceptable for a triple room. I reported this to the reception and explained that it was not an urgent request, and I would be fine if the items could be delivered later in the evening. However, the staff showed a poor attitude, were unwilling to help, and simply replied that they were busy without taking any further action. On top of that, the room was dirty and did not meet basic cleanliness standards. This experience is extremely disappointing and far below expectations."
