“The home was absolutely perfect for our retreat—an excellent mix of comfort, style, and functionality. The Valentine’s Day décor was a thoughtful and welcoming touch. Check-in was easy, the property was impeccably clean, and it had everything we needed for a seamless stay. The extra details truly did not go unnoticed. The home is very well managed, in a great location, and felt extremely safe and quiet. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property!”

“It was the perfect stay! So cute, clean and easy to walk to everything. It was our first time in Fredericksburg and our stay was half the fun! The fireplace and private jacuzzi were added bonuses and the bed was so comfortable I think we’re going to buy the mattress! We’ll be back to stay and have referred all our friends!”

“Spending our 27th anniversary up on the rooftop gazing at the cosmos was the perfect time and place, and made so much more complete by the caring, thoughtful preparation our hosts made for us. I like to cook, so usually pick places with a full kitchen or at least a kitchenette with a hot plate, so I always bring essentials like my spices, oils, knives, foil, plastic wrap, etc. I left all of those things in my bag untouched because Rhonda and Carl thought of nearly everything! They even made sure……

“The host was very welcoming over the app, and the amenities were very nice! Would definitely stay again!”

“Hot tub & outdoor fireplace was great! The unit was decorated well, very clean and in a great location. Just a few additional thoughts for perfection, I would say the bathroom vanity needs lighting either above the mirror or on each side. Also, a full length mirror is needed in the bathroom area. Both a Kerig & a coffee pot were available which was a nice touch; however there were no coffee filters for the coffee pot and the unit needs more than one dish towel in the kitchen. All this said……
