“Quiet, quaint, & very clean. For those who don't need all the "frills" of a fancy hotel, this is your place! The staff is very friendly, the rooms (linens, bathroom, shower) were extremely clean, & the outdoor area was relaxing, quiet, & welcoming. Nice, fresh options for breakfast and within easy walking distance to the famous Fredericksburg downtown. Safe area with no worries about walking after dark. I will be back!”

“Not the Ritz, but excellent value. Texas-friendly folks. Convenient location if you're visiting Johnson City. Includes a real, freshly made breakfast, not the usual cheap stuff. Pet friendly. Mid-century motel-modern architecture, but clean and comfortable. We'd stay there again.”

“This was a lovely hotel to stay at! The room was decorated so cool and the bed was super comfy. If you stay you must eat dinner there too! We had the Ranch salad which was amazing and the hamburger was simply delicious! Grayson was very helpful to us…love that southern hospitality! ”

“Bed was 16'' off the floor. Needed a flashlight for the bathroom. Itty bitty tv (Samsung) with an awfull remote control. Spectrum cable sucked. Other than that , everything else was fine.”

“One night stay. Room was clean, large bathroom with standard tub/shower. Comfortable beds and pillows. AC works and regulated well.Breakfast was very good (real eggs with real cheese, great sausage) Staff were available. Highly recommend. Much better than the usual hotel fare.”
