“Quiet, quaint, & very clean. For those who don't need all the "frills" of a fancy hotel, this is your place! The staff is very friendly, the rooms (linens, bathroom, shower) were extremely clean, & the outdoor area was relaxing, quiet, & welcoming. Nice, fresh options for breakfast and within easy walking distance to the famous Fredericksburg downtown. Safe area with no worries about walking after dark. I will be back!”

“the breakfast is very good. I've had stayed at this hotel for business for the past 5 weeks. The staff are very nice ... except for the person that works the food area. She's a bit sassy and a constant irritation is she cleans the coffee machine while they are still open for breakfast & you have to stand there & wait. She makes no effort to hurry.”

“This was a lovely hotel to stay at! The room was decorated so cool and the bed was super comfy. If you stay you must eat dinner there too! We had the Ranch salad which was amazing and the hamburger was simply delicious! Grayson was very helpful to us…love that southern hospitality! ”
