"I travel to Jeff City weekly for work and this little gem was within walking distance. The house is quite old, as are all in the neighborhood, but the interior is nice. Can't say much for the neighborhood. Very few maintain their yards and there are empty or broken alcohol bottles all over. However, it's quiet during the business week so no complaints there. I can't very well blame the owners for the neighborhood, just providing some details. They've been very responsive to all of my questions...

"We loved everything about this house. The location had us 5-7 minutes from everything we wanted to see, the back yard gave us a feel of being in the woods and the back porch allowed us to relax while listening to everything going on around us (it was peacefully quiet so there was nothing but nature sounds)! The owners were so nice and we even chatted with the neighbors. We are planning an adult trip soon and cannot wait to come back"

"Perfect gathering place for college friends in COMO for a reunion! Comfy beds, w/nice linens and pillows; property well-appointed throughout! Can’t think of a thing we wanted/needed that we couldn’t find. We took advantage of the outdoor gathering space, and enjoyed a perfect Spring afternoon with other of our friends in town for the same reunion. Would rent this place again in a heartbeat!"

"This is a lovely house with a kid friendly backyard. We chose it due to price and that the pictures showed a porta crib and high chair. Having the crib and chair meant we didn’t have to pack our own. The home owner was very helpful and easy to communicate with."

"The property was exactly as described in the listing. It was clean and had everything you need. The master bathroom was smaller than I thought but if you want more room the hallway bathroom was larger. We didn’t need to do any cooking but it I needed to it was well stocked with cookware, storage, everything you’d need to prepare food."
