“We had one issue with check in. The key in the app would not open the room probably due to some technical glitch, and security had to replace the scanner on the room door. The oven is a smeg digital oven. If you plan to use an oven, study up or read a manual on how to use the smeg digital oven. We did not figure out how to use the oven or the microwave, so we improvised by cooking all our meals on the stovetop. Other than that, our stay was perfect. “The Condo at the Four Seasons allowed me to get a room when the hotel was otherwise fully booked. Because it was a condo unit it had the added benefit of private bedroom, living space, and kitchen. The only 'ding' I'd give it is it required a somewhat invasive documentation process to get set up - namely scanning my drivers license in advance and sending it to a non-Four Seasons third party.”

“Tv room didn’t work, no hair dryer, no body wash soap, has a washer and dryer but no detergent for it. Fan lights kept turning on in the middle of the night. Just poor on taking care of guests ”
