The hotel’s customer service was outstanding, and the pool area is beautiful—right overlooking the beach. The staff were wonderful and made the stay even more enjoyable. Service was slow Check in was late (waited 4 hours) Toilet was broken - never came to fix Had a onsite wedding which restricted use of the property The breakdown of the wedding setup went all night and up to midnight - extremely noisy The Spa (a major selling point of the property) was not open."
