“We traveled with our pet and knew about the construction by reading other reviews. Did have some road noise but not terrible. I was pleased with how clean the room was. Couldn’t give 5 ⭐️because the room was missing towel bars and robe hooks. Also they have not replaced the headboard yet, which has a gouge in it. Good breakfast. They look like they are updating and we will consider booking again.”

“Loved that there were drinks available on site, room was clean, staff was great. Small issue with water pressure in the shower, as it was very hard and no way to turn down the pressure without turning it to cold. But otherwise no issues!”

“We had some dog food in a bowl and within a couple of hours we had a line of ants in it coming from under the bathroom counter. I dumped the food and the next morning they were gone.”

“There didn't appear to be many visitors during my stay so they upgraded me to a suite, which was unexpected, and it was quite spacious and had a fireplace. Only grabbed a muffin from the breakfast offering but it was delicious. Property is well maintained and the bed was comfortable. Staff was great.”

“For all the bad reviews that this hotel was getting was because of the old owners! I booked this hotel back in October about for two days for a Bailey Zimmerman! Upon my stay in Bend with my best friend we enjoyed the beautiful decorative room and the staff where so very nice! It was very cleaning when entering check in and it was really cool that they had phablets of local activities you could do in Bend! Thank you for a wonderful time!”
