My room was next to the breakfast room and I could hear clanks and scrapes through the walls starting around 6:30am. I was told that I could not be switched to a better room. There were only ever a few cars in the parking lot, so this did not seem to be true. Additionally, the wall heater was not working, but once I figured this out, the fireplace and space heater helped.The shower never got hot one day, and would fluctuate between cold and hot the next day.The onsite staff were very helpful and accommodating.The offsite manager was the one giving the orders that my room could not be changed, yet miraculously, a room became available when I told them I was cutting my stay short. By then the damage was done. I don't like to complain, and there were many great qualities about this hotel, including the onsite staff.
