“We had a great stay in this beautiful barn conversion. The location is gorgeous and super convenient to the M4. House is tastefully decorated with great spaces, wonderful light & a big garden/patio as well. We were glad to find a place that had plenty of room and appropriate beds for 8 adults. We would definitely stay again.”

“We wanted a quiet, rural retreat in a character cottage and this place totally delivered. It may not be for everyone, but we knew what we were getting when we came. The house was built in 1710. The cottage, with its thatched roof has all the character you could ask for. The kitchen and bathroom are modern, well equipped and the sitting area is comfortable. There's a spacious downstairs bedroom that was has been added with two large bedrooms upstairs. The beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed the……

“Peter was a wonderful and very responsive host. Lovely house with absolutely beautiful views of the rolling Hampshire countryside. Great base for day trips to explore the area. We all really enjoyed our stay.”

On one side you look out across trees and farm fields, the other backs onto the owners spacious garden.There is a small semi private patio/grassed area to the front of the cottage. Welcoming, clean, light, and comfy accommodation.Short walk to a very nice pub.Georgie popped over to welcome us which was lovely to say hello.Easy to unwind in such surroundings. “What an incredible week we had at Brockhurst Cottage number 3. Cooking on the Aga, watching the snow falling outside, wine in front of the fire and walks in the country was just what we needed for some R & R. The cottage is well appointed with everything a family needs and has all the quirks of a quintessential English cottage. Stairs may be a bit tricky for the younger and older guests and if you're into modern then maybe not the place for you! We loved it. Clean towels and bedding, Laundry,……

“Fantastic stay, the cottage was very well positioned and central to all the things we wanted to do. Very spacious for 4 people with a good size garden for the dogs to use. We did send two emails about extending our stay but neither were replied to, although this didn't detract from our stay. We'd certainly both recommend and also revisit in the future”
