“The room had other people’s hair on the desk, in the shower and on the entrance floor. I just have the feeling that the rooms are not vacuumed or cleaned well between visitors and I find that to be disgusting. Also I could hear everything the guy next door was doing. Pretty sad for the amount of money we pay for a room.”

“If you are looking to not perhaps pay as much for The Lodge, this absolutely should be on your radar. The team, rooms, location, breakfast, all the things hit the mark. While I think the remotes likely need to be replaced (as we got the batteries replaced on day 2), due to many thumbs aggressively finding the right channel, that’s still not dropping the 5 STAR rating. We will be back and also for the location, both for walkable options and also a nice river walk, can’t go wrong.”

“Our stay was wonderful. We had brunch at the facility and our waitress was attentive and delightful. The food was fantastic and it was a great stay - all around!! It’s my favorite place in the Tri-Cities!”

The room we were assigned looked significantly different from the online images and appeared to be in poor condition. Upon arrival, we found several cleanliness and maintenance issues, including what appeared to be pet waste embedded in the carpet (partially hidden by a chair), pet urine stains along the baseboards, and what appeared to be blood on a shelf in the bathroom. “The guy at the front was really nice, helpful and clean. The rest of the experience was a 0 star. Absolutely filthy. Nothing was cleaned. The beds you can tell was not turned down. I wouldn’t stay here unless it was the last place on earth. Which unfortunately in the area that night it was. Never again”

“This is a good value property. Nothing fancy, but room was clean and appeared to have been recently upgraded so condition was above average. Bed and linens were also well above average.”
