Alaska/ Horizon Airlines are my much preferred carrier. When I have a choice I always go Alaska
No WiFi on our flight, but II’ve enjoyed it previously
The USB Port on the flight from Seattle to San Antonio
Most airlines allow one free checked baggage. Alaska charged $30 for the checked baggage; not cool
I was displeased that the flight departed about an hour late, but not having to de-ice helped recover some of that time, and it did not affect me making my next flight, it just made it so I didn't have a long enough layover to be able to relax at all. Also, I was not happy sitting next to the man who I was put next to. He was odd, jerking around a lot because he was listening to music on his headphones (that I could hear) and he kept beating energetically on his leg, in the air, and on the side of the plane (window seat). There were a couple other more minor things about him that were odd. I know that's not the airline's fault, but it was still frustrating to feel that I was subjected to this odd seatmate. It made it difficult for me to relax and read my book (there was no wifi, which was disappointing).
This rating was for my SEA to PHX leg. Thank you.
The flight was not full and they made us board the flight very early. There was a feeling of urgency, almost panic to get everyone on. We were all on with 25 minutes before takeoff. I wish they would have calmed down a bit. Otherwise, great flight.
Flight was delayed 1-1/2 hours but not airlines fault. They got us out as quickly as they could
The flight attendants managed our twenty minutes of severe turbulence calmly and with open communication - gently, firmly insisting people stay in seats & attending to a passenger’s use of call button in a manner that kept everyone safe.
Good flight thanks
