This house was perfect for our group of 12 adults and 6 children. Check-in was easy. There was so much space in every bedroom, and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen/great room was spacious and the furniture was comfortable, too. It was well stocked with dishes/utensils/cookwares and towels (beach and bath). The elevator was a great bonus! It was bigger than we expected and ran smoothly. The pool and patio areas were large enough for us all to be there at the same time and not feel crowded. We loved the platform in the pool which gave the young children a nice place to play. It was great having a refrigerator and bathroom just steps from the pool, too. It was a short walk to the beach which was not crowded. Everything worked and was clean. We all had a great time and would highly recommend this house for a group of up to 18 people.

We enjoyed our stay! Well-deigned house. Good use of the space. Loved the poolCould have used a couple extra kitchen towels for our group of 16 - only 2 were provided. The size of bed in the one bedroom seemed unusually small for a queen bed for 2 adults. It seemed more like a double mattress.

Amazing house!!

We loved everything about this house- the layout, cleanliness, pool, proximity to the beach, coligny and sea pines. The kitchen was well stocked and they had plenty of beach chairs and wagon/tent. Would highly recommend!!

Lovely place

My extended family stayed here during the hurricane! The only issue we had was a lack of flashlights if we lost power. We did not!! The house was great for a large family and we would definitely recommend it to anyone. D.

Everything was good. Had 2 problems dishwasher shelf was broken and downstairs outside shower wouldn’t stop running. Call Rena and both things were fixed right away.

Perfect House

This house was perfect for our 4th of July family gathering! It was beautifully decorated with all of the necessary items for a large group. There was plenty of kitchen supplies, towels, linens and beach accessories. The owner could not have been more accommodating. He helped with bike rentals and golf cart rentals. His house manager met us upon check in to give us the necessary instructions to make our week go smoothly. The walk to the beach was easy as it's a flat 3 minute walk to the beach. The elevator was most helpful having an elderly father with us. Thank you, Chuck, for opening up your home to our family. We will definitely be returning.

Anniversary

We had a group of 15 people staying. There size of the house was perfect, to either gather everyone or there are spaces to gather as smaller groups or to be alone. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The pool was perfect size for us, and it was an easy walk to the beach when we tired of the pool. We found 2 minor issues, sheets were so rough that I had to buy some to sleep on while there and the refrigerator froze items is the back and didn't generate more ice. That could have been operator error, but we couldn't identify a way to change either.

2 Families friends with adult children and 1 baby

Our families had a wonderful time at Laurel lane! The home was a great location and a short walk to the beach. The kitchen/living room area was perfect for everyone to gather for family meals!! The home had all amenities needed for a comfortable stay! We enjoyed evenings out at the pool playing corn hole and ping pong in the garage! However the wifi seemed weak when more than 1 person signed on. But overall we had a great stay and would definitely go back again! MaryAnne

Amazing Hilton Head stay!

We stayed with 3 other families with multiple kids of varying ages. The house was fully stocked inside and out (laundry detergent, beach towels, Tupperware etc ). As parents we were able to fully relax as getting to the beach was very easy and the house offered plenty of room to unwind. We plan on staying here again when we visit HHI. Thank you for the hospitality and amazing hospitality experience!

Wonderful Vacation

The property delivered everything you could want. The elevator was just what we needed since I have mobility problems. It was a short walk to the beach and the pool was a hit with my 7 grandchildren. All 17 of us had room to spread out and the place was immaculate. You couldn't ask for a more perfect place.

Hilton Head Island Retreat

Loved this property - our family of 11 felt it was the nicest home we have stayed in! The kids loved the pool the most, and the beach was close by and low traffic in this area. There were plenty of chairs and a rolling cart with the house, but we also took advantage of the beach rentals (they drive by and set up so you can stop them easily or call Shorepoint rentals) to have two chairs/two umbrellas each day already set up to make it easier to come and go with kids or various family members depending on who was at the beach at any time. We also rented a golf cart and enjoyed heading into Coligny Circle area for afternoon ice cream with the kids.

Family trip

The house is absolutely beautiful. Brand new, well decorated, well stocked with everything we needed for cooking, beach towels, chairs, etc. The pool and spa were great, and I was glad we elected to have them heated, because we had some cool days. The owner and manager were super responsive and helpful. We had a fabulous trip!
