My family only stayed here one night after leaving Michigan Adventure's en route to Sleeping Bear Dunes. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with a warm face. I was asked a few times if i enjoyed my room (not annoyingly). The rooms were very nice and clean. The sheets and bed were comfortable. The bathrooms were a little dated but the toiletries were nice. We stayed in the room with three queen beds and it was awesome! Very spacious, comfortable beds, and conveniently located across from elevator. This is the second time we’ve stayed at this hotel, and both times we’ve had a great stay. The staff is very friendly and the check in was fast and easy.

We were in town overnight for a family event, this place had covered parking (a BIG plus in Michigan in January) The hotel has been very tastefully been remodeled recently, was very comfortable. We had breakfast in the restaurant. And it was quite good as well.

When I’m home i usually stay at the delta but thought I’d try this hotel being fairly new. It was awesome the customer service was great the beds slept amazing and the breakfast was superb. 10/10

We enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn. We had only one snaffle with the key card not working properly. The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. The only suggestion I could make is the rooms could use better chairs.
