“Our room and bathroom were clean however the room had funny smell that you noticed immediately as you walked in. ”

“Great pool for families. Breakfast was slim with the waffle irons not available for us. The bunk beds and separate TV was a hit with our kids. Good 1 night stay before the SS Badger trip.”

“The only complaint we had with air-conditioner it would not run all night long so when it goes off and on off and on you wake up. The only complaint about cleanliness our floors had quite a bit of sand on floor. barefoot wasn't poosible walking on towels in bathroom. we didn't bring any in.”

“We stopped at the hotel before check-in and spoke to co-owner to request a room on the bottom floor, as my husband had knee surgery 7 weeks prior, and there was not an elevator to the second level. She left a note at the front desk to accommodate my request when we checked in. We did not get a room on the bottom floor, the owner said there was nothing available and said there was no note left at the desk. Very disappointing!”

“Parking lot maintenance plus system issues requiring me to get new keys were unfortunate check in experiences. Room was a LONG walk from the front desk and front desk was a LONG walk from where i parked due to lot maintenance. Property did not provide any advance notice.”

“First time at Summer’s Inn and I will definitely return! The room was great and has all you need for a long holiday weekend- small refrigerator, nice sitting area and a very comfortable bed. The daily breakfast was fantastic! Staff are friendly and we felt very welcome. It was like a step back in time to the 1960s.”

“Ants in the tiny bathroom, spiders in the room. The bed mattress was very old ,no support at all. I stayed at this motel in the past it was always very clean and maintained. The new people are nice but do NOT KNOW HOW TO RUN OR MAINTAIN THE PLACE. Could not get a receipt with the total amount on it that i had to pay? Its hard to see what was a very nice motel turned into one of the very worst. I will never stay at Vista Villa again. OVERPRICED AND DIRTY, STAINS IN THE CARPET. They did not……

“This hotel is pet friendly which was our #1 consideration in booking. We found the hotel very clean inside and outside. The bed (double queen) was extremely comfortable...one of our best rests in a hotel experience! Plenty of hot water for showers! Outside hotel and parking areas were well lit. Hotel is behind Culvers...away from US10 traffic. The hotel is an older establishment...not alot of fancy amenities...but we were comfortable and felt safe. Thank You Rodeway Inn!”
