“Our room and bathroom were clean however the room had funny smell that you noticed immediately as you walked in. ”

“Clean room and facilities. Good bang for your buck. My only complaint was the road noise at the front of the building during the night. As for a room at the back of the building.”

“A great historic property a few blocks outside of downtown traffic. Plenty of parking space for any size vehicle. Staff was friendly and everything was well maintained.”

“The only complaint we had with air-conditioner it would not run all night long so when it goes off and on off and on you wake up. The only complaint about cleanliness our floors had quite a bit of sand on floor. barefoot wasn't poosible walking on towels in bathroom. we didn't bring any in.”

“We stopped at the hotel before check-in and spoke to co-owner to request a room on the bottom floor, as my husband had knee surgery 7 weeks prior, and there was not an elevator to the second level. She left a note at the front desk to accommodate my request when we checked in. We did not get a room on the bottom floor, the owner said there was nothing available and said there was no note left at the desk. Very disappointing!”

“Summer’s Inn is a small mid-century boutique motel for people 50 and over. The staff is friendly, helpful, and remembers you from year to year. The property is a monarch way station and the patio area has a sizable Koi pond for relaxation and contemplation. Breakfast is from local producers-quiche, fruit, cinnamon bread, and jelly with fresh coffee and juice. One of our annual favorites.”

“Ants in the tiny bathroom, spiders in the room. The bed mattress was very old ,no support at all. I stayed at this motel in the past it was always very clean and maintained. The new people are nice but do NOT KNOW HOW TO RUN OR MAINTAIN THE PLACE. Could not get a receipt with the total amount on it that i had to pay? Its hard to see what was a very nice motel turned into one of the very worst. I will never stay at Vista Villa again. OVERPRICED AND DIRTY, STAINS IN THE CARPET. They did not……

“Our room was filthy, so much food under the mattress, stains on the bed, the tile floor in the bathroom was black. It was disgusting. We paid $262 for one night. it was absolutely ridiculous. I would never stay here again. The only reason we did was bc the town was already booked up other places. Management wasn’t even that nice, they barely had any breakfast items and that area was dirty as well. I’m so glad we only planned one night here.”
