"Very clean new house on a good location "

"My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon , and we were absolutely thrilled with everything. We loved that the house had a bunch of mini splits to keep it nice and chilly. We also loved that the house was very clean and well kept. The tiki hut on the water with the tv and great lighting at night makes a perfect place to relax at the end of a fun filled day. All around this was a fantastic place to stay!"

"Our family of 9 stayed in this lovely home for almost a week. We had EVERYTHING we needed available and then some. The home is very spacious and inviting with plenty of amenities. Loved that there was so much room even with all of us, we never felt like anyone was “under-foot”. Beds were super comfortable, and the house was nice and clean. The most amazing sunrises were enjoyed up on the large patios. I would definitely recommend this home. The pictures of the home are spot on."

The pool was a major issue—it was dirty upon arrival and, despite the property managers' attempts to fix it during our stay, it was never cleaned to the point where we could use it. "The house is gorgeous and was perfect for our group. The location was quiet and felt private even though the pool is in the front yard. We were close to shops and things to keep us entertained and short uber ride from anything you would want to do/see in town. The common areas inside and outside fit us all comfortably and the AC really did wonders against Miami humidity! Some of the quirks noted in other reviews are true but that comes with a house instead of a hotel and it didn't take away from...
