“The property and room itself was a nice space, and a good location, very quiet. It needed a little more care in the cleaning (some dusty areas along the baseboards and under tables). No one came to clean or check on the room during our two night stay. The self-serve property app - to check in and communicate with the staff - could not be accessed (an authentication issue due to our booking through Expedia and not directly with the property). “I booked this motel for the amenities: spa, pool, pond, but all I saw was broken down pool. As soon as I opened the door to rm 110 it stank of mildew. It was cold at night so tried the heat but it was not working! I asked for another room with heat but they were booked. They gave me a room heater and it worked well. Then I realized the following. My room was clean but in terrible shape: dark, no heat! First night was cold. Old A/C, which was using unsafe electrical strip. Sink hardly……
