The property is comfortable and quiet, pet friendly and included both a jetted tub and a sauna in the room. The front desk staff was excellent and very friendly. Lots of dining options and shopping close by too. The hotel is centrally located, clean, affordable and roomy. But there isn’t much you could do about that. The heater was not working. It would switch on for a couple of minutes then make a screeching sound. So we went without heat. My son was asleep so we didn’t want to ask to change rooms. No one told us in advance it was 2 stories with no elevator and they would only give us rooms on the second floor. The walls must be very thin with little insulation because we could hear the late night parties in the hallway and outside all night so we could not fall asleep until the wee hours and we needed to get up early. The bathroom floor was disgusting.
