The key cards worked off and on, no toilet paper left in room, and no coffee left in room. When went to front desk and inquired treated as less than a customer and more like it was a bother. “We were charged an additional $5 at check in for amenities. Not a big deal but…there was no breakfast food at 9:40am and the gal was mopping the breakfast area closing it up and was rude when I asked if more food would be brought out. If you are going to start to charge additional for your amenities, at least have them available. Not cool Holiday Inn. Not cool. ”

“Futon room has been upgraded to a double or queen bed. Only stayed one night but the house seemed well equipped for a longer stay. One bathroom was, near all 3 bedrooms. The other was on the other side of the house, away from the bedrooms, but greatly appreciate having 2 full bathrooms available. Front door lock was a little finicky but worked well once we understood how it worked. All bedrooms had TVs. Large dining table. Comfy living room. Thank you”
