"Right on the water, comfortable beds, like a treasure hunt to get there, but we loved the adventure. Not for elderly as wooden staircase to sleeping quarters with same outdoor stairway to kitchen and second bath. Still, fun place to stay with excellent communication from host."

"Property is in a sketchy area. This is not a home. It is a 2 level deck with two bedrooms on the upper level. The kitchen and living room are outside. The only place to escape the heat is in the small bedrooms that only have a bed and two nightstands attached to the wall of which one was falling off. The AC was set at 60 but the bedrooms were still warm because they are not insulated. We only stayed on the property for about an hour. It was very hot and there was nowhere to be cool except the...

"The house was nice but could use some TLC. One of the downstair rooms needs a new mattress, the benches in the living room are in need of repair, and both showers upstairs need new shower heads. Overall, it is a comfortable house close to the rainforest and the Luquillo beaches."
