“RUN! DO LIVE HERE!!! The room stinks. On the first day we got there, there was no hot water, and on the following morning, even worse, no water. We washed ourselves with bottle water. There's bed bugs in the room. I requested extra blanket because I was sick after showering with cold water for the first night, and it never came. No room service at all. We lived in Room 5, there was pipes on the ceiling that makes loud noise. The tap water was dirty. I talked to the management team, they did not……

“Responsive host accommodated our late arrival. Very clean place with a nice view and has all of the amenities you need. We loved the nice shower with nice water pressure and heat! Pretty close to Ceiba, a bit of a distance from the ferry, so make sure to rent a car or get a taxi. Gated community, and it was quiet!”

“The property was just as beautiful as shown in the photos. Unfortunately, we ran into a problem when we arrived—the gate code didn’t work. We tried to sort it out through the VRBO chat and attempted to contact the host several times for help, but sadly, we didn’t receive any callbacks as requested. It felt like we were communicating with a machine instead of a person. At 12:30 a.m., we still couldn’t get in. Thankfully, a kind resident let us use their access card, which allowed our two carloads……
