The mattresses were comfortable, and the overall space in the room felt adequate. The check-in instructions were a bit confusing at first, but the hotel staff were helpful in assisting us. The room could be better maintained—for example, the bathroom had slow drainage, causing water to accumulate before draining. Additionally, some of the door hooks were either missing or not functioning properly. One major discomfort was the constant noise from the restaurant—music as well as chatter from staff or guests—which was especially noticeable at night. It would be great if the hotel could find a way to better contain the noise during late hours. These weren’t major issues overall, but they were small inconveniences that could be easily addressed to improve the guest experience.
