“it was in a very centralized location, everything within walking distance. easy to get to, the private gated parking next door was also an awesome addition other than there were a few days it was packed so i’m not sure who all has access as we had to find different parking for a few hours. the unit had a private gated patio and also a lock on our door. the back patio was a mess and kinda run down, we did not use it during our stay. our unit was not cleaned. trash left under the bed from previous……

“I had a terrible experience staying at this hotel. The room had roaches, which made it feel dirty and completely unacceptable. I contacted the renter immediately, but they were unresponsive and offered no help or solution during my stay. I expected a clean, safe place to stay, but instead I had to deal with pests and poor customer service. The lack of communication and concern for guests made the situation even worse. “Me quedé una sola noche con mi familia. El lugar estaba extremadamente limpio, las camas y almohadas muy cómodas . El lugar es muy accesible y hay estacionamiento en frente . El área es muy céntrica está cerca de todo. Está a 8 minutos de San Patricio Mall . Cuando llegamos no había electricidad pero no hubo problema porque tienen generador eléctrico, que ni cuenta nos dimos que no había luz ya que funcionaba el a/c y todo perfecto. “We had a wonderful stay in Puerto Rico and truly enjoyed our time here. My mother-in-law absolutely loved her room and kept saying she had never slept so well. She really appreciated being able to keep her room nice and cold while shutting the door so the rest of us didn’t freeze.
