“I would not recommend staying at YO Hotel. The overall experience was very disappointing from start to finish.
The room was extremely dirty and clearly not maintained to any acceptable standard. It felt neglected, and cleanliness is the bare minimum you expect from any hotel—especially at the price they are charging.
The staff was also quite rude and unhelpful, which made the situation even worse. Instead of addressing concerns, they came across as dismissive and uninterested.
