“Rooms are clean staff is very friendly and helpful, the spa wasnt working nor was heat in room, then elevator was out of service for 3 floors. There is no smoking any longer and beds are very uncomfortable had a back ache every night. Could 100% use better mattresses on beds, room never got cleaned. I have stayed there many times before and i must say this hotel has gone way down , very short staffed now. Sad because i use to love staying there, Not so much now.”
