“The hotel had a really bad infestation of German coach roaches in two closed off rooms that were 3/4 rooms down from our room. The staff reassured us that the next day they would upgrade our room and also give a partial refund and claimed the new room would be bug safe but we didn’t want to risk. They tried to convince us that it’s wasn’t as bad as I think. But the amount of bugs I saw crowing out of those closed rooms were proof that the infestation was massive.”
