“Convenient location, ac works well enough even on hot days. If noisey rain bothers you then I recommend you sleep on the bottom floor unless there is a chance of flooding. The hosts were very kind and the daughter speaks good English. They have free bicycles and cheap scooter rentals. Beautiful location with a restaurant less than a 5 minute walk away on the river side that serves increase food. 9/10 would come here again.”

“The room was more than what we expected. It was spacious, neat and tidy. The toilet is also quite big, though it smells a little so we always have the toilet cover down. The staff would never miss a chance to sell you national park tour or pick up services(seems to be a norm in that area), but was very nice and are able to communicate in English. “Very basic but fine. Great location near many restaurants and coffee shops. We werent able to reach the property at all prior to our stay to help arrange airport transfer. Note that there is no elevator although the owner was very nice and helped us carry our bags up to the third floor. We found multiple bugs on the bed, I think they were nothing invasive but the walls were also a bit dirty and the windowsills were full of water. The bathroom was clean but one of the toothbrush kits……

“Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay at Nguyen Shack so much! There is such lovely views from the room and eating area. The yoga was amazing and it was so convenient having breakfast there every AM, The staff are some of the kindest people I’ve ever met,., they truly want you to feel at home.
