“Everything from my check in to my check out was just exceptional. The property is pristinely clean! Staff are amazing. We got a room with a high toilet seat. I am short n with back issues I requested them to put me into another king bed room. They didnt find an exact match available that night so they were kind enough to give me an upgrade without any extra cost to me! The king suite that we shifted too was sooo beautiful n with a deck . “This is a fantastic place to stay if visiting Chatham MA. It is literally right on the beach. Our room was ocean front (#25) and was roomy and very comfortable. Great bed..stove...sink...big refrig right in the room...its like a mini apt...free bikes to ride...beach chairs...sunsets on the beach......I have stayed at Chatham Bars Inn before which was also fantastic....but like 5x the cost of Chatham Tides.........I would def do the Tides again.....the staff is fantastic...”

“Great location, 5 minute walk to Sea Street Beach. Classic Cape motel, well maintained, clean, quiet, good amenities (pool, grills). Staff very friendly and helpful. Many restaurants within walking distance. An excellent value for the rate I paid for 3 nights. Definitely recommended.”

“We enjoyed the spacious, clean and sunny room. There was a coffee maker, fridge and microwave. The service was excellent. While we didn’t have the beach view we were expecting, the property is steps away and easy access to the beach. We will stay again in the room we had if available on our next visit. ”

“First time staying and it was quiet and clean. The pool was always clean. The only thing I did not like was that the lock for inside the room was at a toddler level so they could easily open it and get out. But overall will definitely be returning! ”
