“Very clean, well quipped property. The lay out is exactly as shown in the listing. It is in a great location for access to outer cape communities, but an easy point from which to access the rest of the Cape. One caveat, if you are elderly and/or have mobility issues, (both of which apply to us) the stairs may interfere with your enjoyment of the property. It’s on us that we didn’t consider this before we booked the property as we found the stairs to be a problem. ”

“Facility was excellent”

“The cottage is in a great location close to Main Street and the harbor. Easy parking at the cottage and it’s in a walkable area. Decor is cute and nautical, but it does feel like the cottage is missing a few things. It sleeps 4, but there is not enough seating for 4 in the living room. An additional comfortable chair would be nice. A stackable washer and dryer would also be great, but there is very little space for anything- we even had trouble finding spots for our luggage. The fridge door……

“Our host, Elizabeth, was very responsive the entire stay, very available through texts with any questions. The home was even better than described. It was so welcoming when we arrived on a cold, windy winter night. It immediately felt warm and cozy. Everything we would need was provided. For us, the location was perfect as it was very close to the family we were visiting, but it is also a great location for Falmouth ih general. I would think the pool in the back yard would be great in the……
