Outdoor tub included with room can only hold two people, food included with half board was buffet style and wasn't very good, however had a decent selection of western, japanese and chinese cuisines."

"The hotel is very near to the slope for the resort, less 2 mins of walking. Dry room is located in the basement level Restaurant is good for both breakfast and dinner with reasonable price. "The restaurant option closes at 8pm. Something the staff did not explain upon check in. The bar doesn’t open till 4pm in the afternoon. Again, something the staff did not explain. They don’t have any vending machines with food options. Seriously so no food on site after 8pm and nothing available to eat. They don’t have vending machines with Beer or Liquor options. There were no towels in the shower area. Yes they give you an Onsen towel and small towel in a tote bag but come on. Have proper towels for the room for when you shower. Lastly, their shuttle service doesn’t run until after the first bus from Hakuba t Nagano runs so we had to take Taxi’s into the town-1.5KM. "
