The property was neat and clean with good utensils as well as washer-dryer. The bathroom and toilet were clean with good amenities. It is 10mins walking distance from both Akihabara and Asakusabashi stations. Staff was good and check-in checkout was very easy. Close to convenience stores and restaurants. Good value for money.

This property was beautiful and very clean. Staff are super friendly and accomodating. It is a bit out the way from main areas of Hakuba. However, the hotel does have a shuttle bus, only on a limited schedule though.

I visited Hakuba Sun Valley with my partner and 2 children and we LOVED it! The location is amazing, directly opposite the chair lift, and the staff were helpful, friendly and attentive. We will definitely be staying here again next season!
