“別荘地区にあり、とても静かです。 設備が新しいのもありますが、ホテル並みにタオルやアメニティもあり、清潔で綺麗でした。臭いが無いので犬も落ち着いて、とても気持ち良く過ごせました。2階の部屋はベット横の小窓から見える木々や空がとても爽やかで、快適で昼寝してしまいました。 看板犬達は愛くるしく歓迎してくれます。 オーナーやスタッフさんもフレンドリーで、いろいろ教えてくれます。白馬駅前にバーも経営してらして、送迎してくれます。”

“お風呂、洗面のアメニティや台所の調味料など種類も多く豊富に置いており助かりました。 夏でも屋外は過ごし易く、サウナ、水風呂、整いチェアを満喫しました。食事も屋外のテーブルで取れました。朝食の時は鳥のさえずりが聞こえとても気持ち良かったです。”

“露天風呂温泉が最高です。 バーベキューをするテラスは、建物から２メートルほど下にあるのですが、岩を積み上げた階段で上り下りする必要があり、少し危ない気がしました。屋根があり雨が降っても問題なかったです。 乾燥機付きの洗濯機があり、洗剤も付属してたので助かりました。 歯ブラシを忘れたのですが、置いてなかったので少し困りました。 近所に買い物出来るようなところはなかったです。”

“We enjoyed going to hakuba. We found the sleeping arrangements uncomfortable. The Matt’s and beds felt uncomfortable. The upstairs bedroom was warm without its own ac. The towels are microfiber and difficult to try off. There is no chairs and no couch to watch tv on. The room on the first floor smelled like mildew. We did not feel relaxed in this house which is why I am leaving my first negative review on vrbo.”

“I hope this will get your attention: every time I tried to book this property for the night of that day. I tried several times, but it showed as "unavailable." So i booked another arrangement. But I received a confirmation in the middle of that night. I contacted the owners in the morning by phone and by email, but did not get a response. Same thing with Expedia. So I would like a refund, or a credit to stay there another day, as I am still in the area. I would appreciate a prompt response.……
