“There was a crackhead in the lobby, the place smelled like mildew, and the bathroom hadn’t been properly cleaned before we arrived (there was someone else’s hair all over the shower and sink) - luckily the beds were clean and comfortable.”

“When my family and I arrived, the service was horrible. Our bathroom was dirty with old, used washcloths hanging from the shower. We couldn't change our room due to the rooms being full. When we asked for house keeping to remove the dirty clothes and clean bathroom we was told no one was available.”
