I’ve never seen such a thing. It attracts a bad element. The lobby was full all night with loud dissolute youths in their pajama bottoms. It was a makeshift casino atmosphere. We never felt safe. We never left our room. Worst Holiday Inn experience ever! The floors looked like they had not been cleaned in a while. Our bedroom sheets had stains on them as well. All of the floors from the entrance to our room were coated in dirt, the elevator had funk all over it and even the breakfast area was gross. Our room smelled like sweat and the bathroom had mold in it. The bed was clean and comfy which was most important. There was hair all over the shower when we checked in. Front desk said there would be no cleaning services all weekend. Hotel was sold out along with everything in the area so we could not move rooms. Talked to two different front desk people and both just blew it off and said they would tell housekeeping about the complaint. Offered to do nothing else to make it right and never even apologized or acknowledged it as an issue. Had to stay in that room 2 nights.
