What we did not expect was for their to be no staff on duty during the night to deal with the group of people occupying 2 rooms, slamming doors, stomping in the halls, yelling and activating the fire alarm at 11:00 PM, causing the entire hotel to be evacuated into zero degree weather.”

“We were back in town to watch our daughter (class of 2019 from IUP) present at Geoscience Day as an alumni. We had another great experience. Our room rate included breakfast, so we had one day of ordering off the menu & the next day was the buffet. Both days had really good breakfasts! Our room was clean & quiet. The room was serviced while we were gone. The best part of our stay was Anastasia...she went above & beyond to connect with our daughter & actively asked how her presentation……
