"Great convenient location. A lot of services nearby. But the greatness ends there. I stayed in this motel during my first visit to Brookville well over a decade ago, and its still the same carpeting. The furniture is hammered. Upholstery on the "easy chair" was so worn that it had a sheen. Toilet was running when i got in the room and i had to lift the tank cover to lower the flapper. The handle would stick in the flush position and flush quality was poor. The lamps were old, dim, flimsy and need to be replaced. There were no charging ports for phones or laptops. The microwave was not plugged in. The television was not plugged in OR connected to the cable. The television remote was held together with DUCT TAPE !!!!! The windows looked like they had never been cleaned. Disappointing."

The home is warm and inviting, with a great layout that offers plenty of space to relax and gather, whether upstairs, downstairs, on the deck, or out by the lake.There is plenty of space throughout, with ample bedrooms and bathrooms, and the home is completely updated including modern showers that add to the comfort of this beautifully refreshed lake cabin.The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need, and the beds are very comfortable. The interior is thoughtfully decorated, creating a cozy aesthetically pleasing atmosphere. We especially enjoyed the outdoor spaces, including the deck and fire pit—perfect for taking in the views and spending time together.Communication with the owners is always excellent, which makes each stay even more enjoyable. This has truly become our go-to property, and we always look forward to coming back. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!"
