“Don't let all the "10/10" reviews fool you into thinking this is a great hotel. Our experience was far less than that. Our first room we got, the AC didn't work and the sheets on the beds were dirty. We immediately went back to check in and asked for a refund, but staff and management insisted we try a different room before they'd give a refund. Second room was okay enough to stay in for the night, sheets were clean and while the AC looked like it had been there since the 90s, it at least……

“1. No smoke alarm in room 2. No coffee maker in room 3. No blow dryer in room 4. No iron or ironing board in room 5. Toilet flusher broken, it either ran loudly all night or you had to put your hand into the back tank to close the flush valve manualy (the inside back tank was black with mold) 6. Both chairs in the room had broken legs and were unusable 7. The mini fridge had broken shelves/couldn't stack anything 8. The microwave turntable was broken/would not spin so whatever you tried to cook……
