“My family and I traveled to Calgary to celebrate mine and my wife's 30th wedding anniversary in June 2025. My daughter brought along her boyfriend. The home was immaculate. The room in the basement was perfect for my daughter's boyfriend as it permitted him some privacy and even his own kitchenette. The appliances were new and in perfect working order. It was wonderful to cook in such a well organized kitchen. We spent some time in Banff and Kootenay. Hiking trails and enjoying some of the city...

“We loved this place! It was perfect for a couple to get away. It was a gated community with peace and quiet. The view of the lake was amazing the only thing we wished were different is higher chairs on the porch to see the view better. We will definitely be returning to calico heights!”

“Location and home are great. We've stayed her previously and loved it. Plenty of catfish to be caught using hot dogs on the bottom. We stayed when the lake was flooded, so the beaches were under water this time. Last time the beaches were the place to be. This time we fished and sat outside watching TV. Great home!! “This trip was for my husband & son in laws father day weekend so that they could fish & go on a boat. Although we did get rained out & didn't get to do the boat trip this cute & quaint little cabin was perfect for us 4!! The beds and bedding are so comfortable & beautiful! The kitchen island was great for us to gather and cook together and have great conversations. On times it didn't rain we went onto the patio area & grilled out & soaked in the hot tub!! We could see the lake from the back...

“Beautiful view and peaceful just relaxing and taking in the fresh air. Was suppose to be a lady's weekend but ended up being just me was still nice to get away. My cell phone service wasn't great but the wifi did help with that. I don't have zero complaints it was well worth it.”
