“Carrie checked us in and went out of her way to keep our group of 15 on the same floor. She even followed up with us twice during our stay to make sure everything was going well. “The location is good , people work there is good but room have bed bugs me and my kids get bit first night. “We had a mishap with the car rental company in Greenville. I called the hotel and they assured me that even though I was running late, the room was still available to us. Check in was quick and smooth. We had a great view of the ocean from our balcony. My grandkids had such a blast at the water park downstairs that they went to bed and slept for 9 hours😂 The room was clean and convenient. It had dishes and utensils that helped me with meals. The kids enjoyed their selves so much we didn't have……
